However, there are many issues that go unanswered.
When a lens is won, why isn't the creator awarded a lens? We turn the content creator into a lens creator, and why aren't the eligibility criteria clarified?

I think what you are asking is about Lenses that get a lot of view -- why aren't creators paid for it?
