Hi David.
First, I am sorry for our poor support experience here. Second, thank you so much for sharing this feedback. We will get on this ASAP for Q4. Meetings to put together a plan starts next week and you'll see all the things you've called out be improved over the next few weeks for a smoother experience.
Please continue to share us your feedback here if you still feel we're missing the mark by the second week of Nov.
Appreciate you and the community!

Please give us better or at least similar and easy to use method on testing lens in our mobile device like Effect House or Spark AR.
Sending quick and easy link or qr code to client and friends to test out should not be going unnecessary process like pairing.
Why you ask?
1. it's tedious and give no significant benefit whatsoever.
2. when we are working on multiple lenses, for different target (client, personal, challenge), we don't want to send everything to everyone.
3. we don't need drop down to the "preview lens" to choose to select to who we want it to send the test lens, we need just 1 for every time we generate, or 1 every lens project that we can easily send back and forth during development.
4. qr code is okay, but for testing, link is preferable and quicker to access while chatting, no need to open camera first and so on. just one link to automatically open the app, load the lens, and thats it.
5. (optional) wired usb or wireless phone connection to Lens Studio simulator to test out: World/Plane Tracking, Marker/Snapcode/Target/Image Tracker, VFX particles.
